Primary and Secondary School Transport Application Form


Important Notes for Parents:

Forms need to be received by 21st July to be processed by 1st September. Mid-year applications may take up to 10 days to process.

Applications are processed on a strictly first come, first served basis.

If your child has or has previously had a Statement of Special Educational Needs or Education, Health and Care Plan, please do not use this online form. Please contact your named officer in the SEN team to obtain a 'Getting to School form'. 

Unfortunately you cannot complete this online form if your child will be attending a Denominational (Faith) School. You need to complete a Denominational (Faith) School Transport Application Form and return it to the address shown on the form. Please note transport assistance to Denominational (Faith) schools is only available to those from eligible low income families living 2-15 miles from the school. If your application is successful you will receive via e-mail a Denominational Signature Form for you to sign and return. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
